Return & Refund Policy
Cancellations & Returns:
*All orders can be cancelled at no charge within 24 hours.
* All Cancellations MUST be received in writing or via email, verbal cancellations are not accepted.
* Requests for returns must be within 5 days of delivery of item.
* All "Buyers Remorse" returns are subject to up to a 28% restocking fee as well as a credit card processing fee. Customer must also pay shipping both ways for products. Damaged products are not subject to the shipping or restocking charges.
* All parts & accessories, special order items and customized products are final sale, no returns.
* Returned items must have a Return Authorization number, emailed to you by a customer service representative.
* Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be issued a full refund only if the credit card has not been charged yet. Once the credit card has been charged there is a 3% processing fee that will be deducted from your credit. If you paid via PayPal, your payment will be returned minus any processing fees charged by PayPal.
* Once an order has been shipped, customers are responsible for actual shipping costs both ways for all "Buyer's Remorse" returns. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received at the warehouse.
* All Buyers Remorse returns MUST be in BRAND NEW & UNUSED condition and must be in original packaging so it can be resold as "New". The product cannot have been assembled or used in anyway.
Please note: Pricing errors on our website are rare but do happen once in a while (we are only human!). Any pricing errors will not be honored, we do our best to maintain correct pricing at all times but in the rare circumstance that there is a mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to an incorrect product listing.
In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
BBO Return Policy:
All BBO Poker Table products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Buyers Remorse: shipping charges are the responsibilities of the customer (there and back) and custom orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damages.
