At Planet Game Rooms we strive to offer the top gaming products in the industry and stand behind the quality of all our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 5 days of delivery. Items that have been used or modified in any way cannot be returned.

Cancellations:

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for free. If more than 24 hours has passed and was

Cancelled but not shipped: Orders will be refunded minus the credit card fee for the order (usually around 3%).

Shipped: Full refund minus the credit card fee, shipping fee & restocking fee (usually around 28%.)

Damaged items: 

Our products ship out in brand new condition. Unfortunately once the product hits the truck we cannot control what condition it will arrive in. If for some reason you received a damaged product we will replace it. Please read our shipping policy for instructions to ensure that you will be fully covered by our insurance for replacement.

Once you place your order with us, you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. Our system has appropriately processed your purchase and pre-authorized your credit card if you receive your confirmation email. We will submit your order to our transit team for immediate packaging and shipping.
