If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 5 days of delivery. Items that have been used or modified in any way cannot be returned.

Cancellations:
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for free. If more than 24 hours has passed and was
Cancelled but not shipped: Orders will be refunded minus the credit card fee for the order (usually around 3%).
Shipped: Full refund minus the credit card fee, shipping fee & restocking fee (usually around 28%.)

Damaged items:
Our products ship out in brand new condition. Unfortunately once the product hits the truck we cannot control what condition it will arrive in. If for some reason you received a damaged product we will replace it. Please read our shipping policy for instructions to ensure that you will be fully covered by our insurance for replacement.
